Oct. 2, 2026 --- G.W. 31 William Fleming 13
Another gritty win!
Dalleon Johnson hauls in a TD pass while Brad Fussell looks on approvingly!

The
GW Eagles went back to basics when they found themselves in a fourth quarter dogfight with the William Fleming Colonels.
Late in the first half the Eagles were holding on with a 6-0 lead. They
got the ball with minutes left and capped off a scoring drive with
another super catch from our rising star at receiver!
Early in the fourth quarter, when a Fleming touchdown cut the
Eagles' lead to 12-7, the offense ditched most option and pass looks,
going back to the ground and pound running game the Eagles have
perfected the past two seasons. 17 of the next 18 plays were rushes,
producing three touchdown drives that put the game away, boosting GW's
record to 5-0!
